Try to choose a desk and chair that are well-suited to your height. You shouldn’t have to hunch over or bend your arms in order to perform your every day tasks, as this will just lead to aches and pains. Lighting

For instance, will you need a webcam and mic for video meetings? Do you require an office phone so that you can keep your personal calls separate from your work calls? If you’re going to be using an office printer, it’s worth investing in a multifunctional device that also allows you to photocopy and scan. Don’t be afraid to speak to your employer about expensing these items.
