  • 150 g Chocolate Rice Krispies
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 300 g Milk Chocolate
  • 100 g Mini Marshmallows


  • Line a 21 cm baking tin with baking paper
  • In a large pan melt the butter, marshmallows (save a few for decoration), and 100 g of the chocolate
  • When melted add the chocolate rice Krispies and stir in until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin and level with the back of a spoon.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stirring until fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the chocolate rice Krispies, spread evenly, and add the marshmallows on top.
  • Leave to set.
