Easy Chocolate Rice Krispy Marshmallow Squares
A sweet treat for the whole family, Chocolate Rice Krispy Marshmallow Squares are quick and easy to make.

20 cm Baking Tin
Bowl Over a Pan
- 150 g Chocolate Rice Krispies
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 300 g Milk Chocolate
- 100 g Mini Marshmallows
Line a 21 cm baking tin with baking paper
In a large pan melt the butter, marshmallows (save a few for decoration), and 100 g of the chocolate
When melted add the chocolate rice Krispies and stir in until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin and level with the back of a spoon.
Melt the remaining chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stirring until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the chocolate rice Krispies, spread evenly, and add the marshmallows on top.
Leave to set.
